Specimen list includes scientific name, date, locality, collector number, and sometimes physical description of the specimen that includes its measurements, color, and other information. Peru localities include but are not limited to Cuzco, Lima, and Carpish, Paso . Bolivia localities include but are not limited to Rio La Paz Canyon, Chulumani and Cajamarca. Miscellaneous notes, clippings, and an envelope containing specimens are inserted at the back of the book.
